Every employee we interacted with was professional and nice-valet staff was ON It and super helpful. I also want to spare others who might be more like me from having this kind of experience. The people we encountered on staff were nice, so I'm not writing this to hurt the hotel-I hope they are inspired to fix the housekeeping issues, and because the nice employees there deserve if to be fixed so the business can keep going. So, I was SO disappointed-I'm mystified how there are so many 5 star raves for this hotel. I researched carefully, and we wanted to find the best 5 star hotels we could for this trip. We stayed here for the last night of a 6 night 25th anniversary trip.
